Wrongfully Banned

So I posted in the spam forum and on this guys thread that I reported some accounts to Jagex.

I reported accounts to Jagex

First of all, I really didn't. I was fucking around a little too much maybe, but I was trying to prevent a Sythe member from getting scammed. The guy had a history of item scamming.

Secondly, it's not an official Sythe.org rule. I did a thorough search of this thread The Official Sythe.org Rules moments before you banned me + TWC, and nothing refers to a situation such as this.

Lastly, I understand you getting pissed off and banning me but the TWC is a bit outrageous. I've done substantial trading through this market, quite a bit more then documented, and people know you don't to trade with me under caution.

honestly you brought this on yourself

we ban staff of private servers who turn people in/get them banned for sythe-related activity. this is the same idea except on the main server. i think the ban is warranted

 

"Fucking around" on someones thread? Item scamming ban doesn't necessarily mean someone is a scammer.
Also, the ban was in 2011, not something recent.

I personally believe the TWC should stick due to this being under the same standard as people reporting other RSPS RWT'ers to staff.
I'll wait for other staff opinions though.
