Wouldn't say owning, just going off of the momentum of the technicals until the half, it definitely put some fire under Steph. Hopefully it carries onto the second half!

Atlanta has lost three times at home this season and two of those three are from Toronto w00t.

With Derozan back in the lineup Raptors looking like they did back in the start of the season one of the best in the East.

Impressive 4 game streak Clippers, Spurs, Wiz, and now Hawks...

Curry showed off some moves, but overall a great win.

As a raptors fan, I think if the series started tomorrow the most we'd be able to take cavs to is 6

 

The regular season series between cavs and raptors are 2-1 cavs. The raptors beat cavs when they were at their worse at the beginning of the season, and the cavs beat the raptors twice, one at home and one on the road, when their team wasn't at their best. Demar derozan wasn't there during those two wins, but he is by far not a game changer, this was established when they lost a few in a row with his return to teams like the nets and the bucks. The raptors lack playoff experience (no one on the team has gone to the finals), while the cavs have 4 champions on their roster. The cavs would definitely beat them 4-2 in a playoff series.

 

Tuesday I'll be going to the Warriors @ Wizards game, spot me right behind the Warriors bench .

You don't understand...

Derozan does make a big impact when he's in the lineup everyone can play there own role and when he's not you got to fill a void for a guy who averages 20+ points a game and gets to the free throw line 5 times a game.

Derozan is one of the best in the NBA to get to the line he let's us set up our defense after he takes his two shots.

The time when I said we would beat the Cav's was when they didn't have Shumpert, J.R Smith and Mozgoth and they traded Waiters (Waiters Irving best back court in the NBA LMAO) they defiantly improved there bench.

Depending on how the next game goes against Cleveland I still believe we can take them the distance.

Cleveland has a hard schedule we'll see how they do everyone is saying they will take the number 2 spot I highly doubt this with only 28 games left I don't believe Raptors will lose 4 in a row.

To win a championship you gotta be a top 10 defensive team and a top 10 offensive team. Both Toronto and Cleveland aren't in fact the only team in the East that is, is Atlanta.

Toronto is the highest scoring team in the East and as of late has really picked up it's defense.

The only thing setting Cleveland back right now is the coach and in the playoffs coaching is key. Toronto has a coach that's won a championship in the NBA against Lebron and his pussy ass Heat so we got experience there beating his cry baby ass.

Every team in the NBA loses to some shit teams... Golden State lost to Lakers Chicago don't even get me started Cav's also Wizards just suck at playing teams over .500... Demar overcame a serious injury he wasn't sidelined for 1-2 weeks it was 2 months he would have been an All-star 100% and if he didn't get injured the Raptors would have at least 5 less losses.


On a side note Toronto plays Houston for the first time this season should be interesting

They completely filled their defensive issues. This cavs team is officially over stacked. I'd be surprised if they don't win it all this year. I don't see any team in the east giving them a problem now.

 

Coaching means next to nothing in the NBA. Spoelstra is an average coach at best and the Heat won plenty with him when Lebron was there.

 

Ah, I kinda disagree with that xD. Some coaches connect with the players and pick what is best for the players and the team. For example, when Doc Rivers told Deandre Jordan he needs to focus mainly on defense, it made DJ become a better player. Another example, Stan van gundy and the Pistons. He has coached the Pistons greatly, especially this year with loss of Josh Smith and the injury of Brandon Jennings.

 

You actually believe Spoelstra was running the show haha Pat Riley was running the show not him and Pat Riley is fucking legendary.

 

Cleveland is making a big statement here it's pretty much championship or bust which is funny because Lebron at the start of the season is like "It's not going to be something that happens over one season"

Props to Lebron his GM skills are amazing but still I refuse to believe this Cav's team is going to sweep it's way to the finals like Heat did.

I'm not saying they're totally worthless, just not as important as other sports.

An average coach can do plenty with enough talent (like Spoelstra).

Also the loss of Josh Smith was addition by subtraction for the Pistons. He's a cancer.
