    whats going on?
    I was a tad annoyed at this. I don't see why some people DOS/DDOS us. We never hurt them; or possibly a banned member doing this, pissed because of it? :eek:

    I am pretty sure that Sythe uses a dedicated server, so why would he just go off and get a new server. The servers coast a ton each month some can be up to $200 a month. That is why it will be a good cause to donate to Sythe. There is not way to stop this because the server can not tell if it is a bot or a human.

    A server can however detect a sudden spike in the connection rate and deny access to the specific ip(s) for a specific period of time.
