Ban Dispute

Hi,

My account with the username 'Cinnavi' was wrongfully banned. An account that I was going to sell to someone went sour when I decided to instead sell to a higher bidder. He did this out of anger because he wasn't getting the account. The screenshots also don't show any evidence of a trade occurring, because no trade actually occurred.

Pure Addiction has since added information to this thread. I did not recover the account and then train it up again. I've been playing RuneScape for that many years that I made multiple accounts which I leveled up simultaneously. Two accounts, one I sold over a year ago, and the second which I tried to sell recently, were close to maxing (kind of).

It is unfair of Pure Addiction to say that I recovered and then trained up one account before trying to sell it again. Both accounts were very different and there is no evidence of them being the same account because they aren't.

The reason that the first thread was deleted was because there was no reason having it up and it was over a year old.

The false scam report was up for over one year and I was never banned for it because there was no grounds to ban me on as no scam occurred.

Pure Addiction also professed his annoyance at being called to make a trade between myself and my buyer at 3am in the morning. After he showed the buyer the false scam report, the buyer backed out. I lost a sale and then my account due to Pure Addictions arrogance.

Overall, there was no grounds to ban me on as I did not scam or recover accounts. There is simply no evidence as to a trade occurring and also no evidence showing that the accounts that I was selling were the same. I never recovered and trained up the same account. BOTH ACCOUNTS WERE SEPARATE TO EACH OTHER.

Obviously accounts with multiple 99's will look similar so Pure Addiction made a major assumption in saying that I trained up the same account.

Pure Addiction also failed to note the fact the 1st thread went up on 7/22/15

This ban is unfair and I find it very annoying that Pure Addiction was able to ban my account on no grounds whatsoever.
