Paypal question

Anyone knows if you make a throwaway paypal to get a payment from a newcomer and send the money exactly before chargeback to an other paypal account what would happen?
This could be a solution of accepting PP from newcomers?

 

Having 2 Paypals is against Paypal's ToS. This could work, leaving one of your accounts with a negative balance. If you are caught though, you will be perm banned from Paypal.

 

What if I use my friend who really dont care about being permed from paypal incase of this.
Though if he receives money and send me is totally 2 other person. So what about that?

 

Your payment may be put on hold for having insufficient funds on your "throwaway" paypal account when the newcomer reverses the payment - imo not a good idea.

 

Just don't trade newcomers unless you can survive losing the money. If someone joins and wants to do a $1500 transaction tell them no. Small transactions accept if their Paypal is verified

 

While this could feasibly work it is not a solution to receiving money from newcomers.

Typically for myself I ask them to send a personal payment (family/friends) which allows them only to dispute the payment as unauthorized access.

When this happens paypal claims will take a close look at the transaction and determine they used the same ISP, IP, browser fingerprint etc as other authorized payments and close the dispute in your favor.

If the payment is actually unauthorized and someone has paid you with a hacked paypal that is when you will lose the dispute. To combat this ask them to forward the payment receipt from their paypal email address after paying. This proves they are in control of the primary email on the paypal account. When people purchase hacked paypals 99% of the time they don't come with access to the email.

For larger transactions I will often ask for ID that matches the name of the paypal account. This is because there is a very small chance they will attempt to dispute the payment through the funding source and not paypal claims. This is not something that can be done often or regularly on the part of the buyer so this is very uncommon.

In summary you should be good asking for personal payment + receipt forward from email. I've never lost a dispute this way.

 

It's just shady and risky in general. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would just not buy an account from origins which you can't trust.
