The fact you have said this proves that you don't know very much about the current state of RuneScape account recovery / hacking.

Saying that the password can't be changed with only the password is just ludicrous. How do we know that there email was not compromised? You are taking what they saying at face value, do I not get the same treatment or do I have to donate for that? I didn't see it mentioned in the donor benefits.
