Reason for Ban: Recovery of account / cleaning bank

Hi,

I believe I have been unfairly banned by the moderators of Sythe, for these reasons,

[size=+1]No one contacted me regarding the issue, I was just banned.[/size]
I understand this can be a prevention method for stopping exit scams and such like but I still haven't been contacted by a moderator asking for my side of the story, unable to post due to ban, this my only option.

I also believe since a $300 donor & someone who is very well known in the community posted the report on behalf of one his developers, my side has been over looked and this isn't the correct way to run the site.

Non of the evidence that has been provided is concrete and is all speculation but the fact it's coming from Maldesto, the owner of OSBot it is held to a higher standard. This couldn't be further from truth.

Yes I edited my thread on the Thursday before going for a long weekend with my girlfriend, does editing my thread make me guilty of what I am being accused of? I don't think so. It's circumstantial at very best.

As the account is shared between the OSbot team of 5 people me editing my thread may have gave anyone of them the motivation to pull of this scam.

Yes this looks like my original email, it even has the correct amount of characters. Does this make my guilty? No.

As the account is shared they most likely shared the information regarding the account, thus my email.

The payment was sent to this email, as they all share the business PayPal anyone of them could have found my email, recreated one such as "[email protected]".

I used this email to recover the account FOR them as requested and as the picture does not have a time stamp, proof that it's related to my account, this evidence is once again circumstantial.

From what I can see all of the evidence that is provided isn't enough to warrant a ban, not to mention I am innocent but if I have learnt anything from being here, your word is not enough so I took disputing the evidence to be my only option.

I don't blame anyone for this, especially not the OSBot team. I understand they are frustrated as the loss of their RuneScape bank but punishing an innocent person isn't right.

Any more information that is needed please let me know and I will provide it.

I spent time creating the appeal and would appreciate an educated response factoring in all the points I have made.

If you're the original owner, who else but you would be able to recover the account?

Yes I am the original owner of the account but this doesn't mean I had to be the one recover it, why does the account have to of been recovered and not hacked? There is no proof that I was one to recover it and they had not entered the password in to a phishing link or been keylogged.

This statement is ridiculous. Yes I should be held responsible for the account but not the bank, so you are saying if I buy 10 accounts, say they were all stolen with 100M banks, I would be able to get a 1B refund? They have control of the account as stated in the original post.

How would I refund the bank? Do we know exactly how much was in the bank at the time of the HACK? I will not be refunding the bank.

Non of you have mentioned the points I posted in the original post but are just saying I am guilty. What makes me outright guilty?

 

The account was recovered, not hacked. You can't change the password of an account by solely having the password of the account. The email registered to the account changed as well meaning the account was recovered. You're the original owner, so only you are capable of this.
