Reason:

It's not my area, but I'd suggest temp banning users that do this, as a precaution, might just be buying more time to scam others. And only these newcomers get their paypals "hacked" and the "hackers" chargeback.

How he scammed: PorchMonkey bought gold from me 15m + 50m 2 times , but now the money is held by paypal , both of the money are made without the account holder's permission , below are the chat record and the paypal screenshots
