Traxars 2nd appeal.... for same offence?

So, before I say anything else, yes I used to be INVOLVED in a blackhat forum, but never have partaken in any of that stuff, there's even PM's on my account from Roary talking about how yes I was part of HF,

Anyways, I joined Sythe in 2011 and just poked around a few times, day dreaming about buying a maxed RS account one day... but turned into much more.

3 years later, in 2013 I sold a blue partyhat and my RS maxed account to who you all know very well, R2Pleasent, after I had given him the login information, he sold the phat for shards on my account, and boom, 2 instant goldfarming perm major bans, he tried saying he wouldn't pay me, so I made the dispute forum, which you can find in the thread, now THAT situation, is all settled, the account got unbanned after I appealed and I delivered the gold to his customers and he paid me, however, when this dispute was going on me and & didn't get along well as you could imagine, and he dug up dirt from a passed forum which I participated in, HackForums, and posted a bunch of proof of all that and whatever, and I took my ban like a man, did my time, stayed banned for maybe 6 months to a year, then appealed, It got accepted and I got unbanned, so keep in mind I did the punishment from that, I can't find the thread link for that tho, but you can check my ban logs, now I have been again for it this time and it's been awhile so I feel its time to appeal.

I think it was a wrongful ban and I should be unbanned,

It really sucks too because I got pardoned for it the first time, "I come back start being in the community more, EVEN DONATE ENOUGH TO GET USERNAME IMAGES (to help out the community and show my gratitude for your guys' forgiveness. I think it's time I am let back into the community, the blackhat shit was just a phase and a community I liked talking to and posting on the forums, now I have sythe so why need that?

Also about the scam, I had already explained that, what had happened, I was really trusted in that community, even by the owner, Philly, which is still my good friend, basically it went down like this, I owed 2 people money, the owner of FK, philly, and my friend, chill(who made the FK scam report), I owed Philly money because I had a payment plan on a customer usergroup on the forums, I owned the usergroup, at that time he wanted like $500 for a group, so I was giving him $100 a month, around 4 months in when all I owed him was $100, I also owed chill money for said scam report, and my source of income had stopped, so I had to find a way to pay these people back.. so I told Philly to give Chill the usergroup (Brutal) , and have him pay the last $100 which I owed philly, so technically I gave chill a group I had already paid $400 for, and made him pay the rest of the bill, so it had worked out for everyone, I even tried hitting up Philly to confirm all this but sadly I think he's grown more and more inactive, here's proof he hasn't messaged me back on his AIM.

Please, I ask for forgiveness... again from you guys.. I'd really like to be apart of Sythe. I'd never take money from anyone, I'm going to try to get philly to resolve and take that false scam report off the site ASAP but he is not answering me. :/

im not personally familiar with the case, but can you explain how you've shown the FK report to be invalid?
