Also he may not necessarily have given up his blackhat ways since i'm guessing he claimed he did when he pardoned/disputed/whatever. Since the current skype he's using is now "Botnet.exe" lol..
I remembered him posting this a while ago but the post seems to be deleted, however i've resolved it and it seems to match an IP on his audit.

First off, if he's using a skype "botnet.exe" and not only that but going through the effort of deleting it from his posts to hide it, that is certainly suggestive.

Furthermore, saying he's "never" been involved in blackhat activity is indeed false.

Again on this profile only went through his threads so he may have more in his posts.

I feel at the very least a TWC is warranted if the offsite scam has already been settled, which I doubt as he's still banned there. This is due to the fact that he blatantly PMed me denying that he was ever involved in any blackhat activity which is clearly not true.

Edit 2: He PMed me 2 more times so far - at first saying he only uses the skype traxar.sythe which is obviously false since he has clearly been on botnet.exe today as an IP was resolved from it. http://prntscr.com/6poghm
He then said he's never posted it on sythe - I'd love for him to elaborate on how he's now claiming I pulled it out of thin air then? Without a doubt I recall it being posted on sythe, otherwise I would not have known it was his. This is another blatant lie.

He also claims the scam report was proven false, but I cannot find anything to back up his claims. He claims his ban was due to owing other people money and then he paid them back and was just never un-banned as he's not part of the community there anymore. This also seems hard to believe, especially given the fact that the report on him has no replies from "Philly" or any claims that it was false, and his last post was the day prior to the report's posting, i'm guessing only a few hours(?) prior to his ban.

I'd also like to point out that the report is in the section "Valid scam reports". Obviously if it was fake, OP would be banned and it would not be in the "Valid" scam reports section. Not to mention if there was another reason for his ban or anything, the last mention of his username on FK when searching the word "Cypher" would not be in regards to said scam report i'm guessing http://prntscr.com/6pohuw

If a ban is not earned by now he should without a doubt be TWC'd, although i'm pretty sure he's now blatantly lying about having scammed offsite and many other things.

Edit 3:
He has now posted a thread complaining, in which he posted a "copy" of the PM he sent me. As you can see in the screenshots of the PM above, this is not true. He's now posting edited versions of a private conversation to make it seem as if he's made statements other than those he actually messaged me.. Lmfao.

He's trying to make it seem as if he told me certain things from the beginning, while in reality he put them in replies later after I questioned him about them. On top of this he's complaining about his IP being in a report when there's threads of him trying to get peoples' IPs for staking and asking about releasing peoples' doxes/trying to get people doxed. Also the report is not on the blackhat as he was un-banned for blackhat offenses back during the dispute with R2p. It is in regards to an offsite scam report and the fact that he has lied about more than one thing in regards to this report i've posted + shown 0 proof of the report being invalid although he claims it is. Furthermore he posted a fake copy of the PM convo between us in the report I linked which was intended to make it seem as if his lying to me was lesser than it actually was, and has been sketchy and shown his claims to be rather worthless throughout this entire ordeal. ATM there is proof of an offsite scam despite his claims that it's fake. Even if it is fake which he claims, although I doubt it (see above for my reasoning), I feel his behavior and his false claims/lying deserve a TWC at the very least.

 

So, he was unbanned for all the blackhat stuff. Looking into what he failed to admit/FK report. Sit tight.

I also believe he didn't fully admit to all the blackhat he partook in. However, I could be wrong, and if so, he can prove so in a dispute.

However, the FK report is valid. Again, if I'm wrong, Traxar can dispute.
