Do any of you regularly take part in lotteries or other forms of gambling such as scratch cards, etc?
The only real sort of gambling I do is sports betting which I don't do a lot of anymore. I know quite a few people who buy lottery tickets regularly and as far as I'm concerned are just wasting their time and money that they could've better spent elsewhere.
When you start reading articles on chances of winning the lottery, it's ridiculous to think people still bet on them considering the odds. In a lottery two years ago the stats were odds of one in 13,983,816.
