It's all about the sincerity and the true fact that you regret what happened. Staff is looking at the maturity and the fact that they admit what the did was wrong.

 

Like Ziggily said, I dislike the way he reported himself (reminded me of Fendle) and the way he conducted his pardon. I'm on the fence on this one... I doubt after being here for so long that he would have been caught and he's obviously not a threat, so I say pardon the guy...
