For obvious reasons, both have knowledge within the health care area, and one is a surgeon which means we won't have everyone dying of illness.

They're smart, they know how to handle money, we could always merch/trade with the local tribes/over the seas. Also you didn't state whether or not he grew his own drugs *weed* he could be helpful with soil and making us food and getting it to grow.
