did i get scammed?

ok so i recently bought an account here and the deal went smoothly no problems, i changed the email/password but then after a day or so i tried to log in and it says incorrect user/password.
Is there a way for them to recover the account even tho i already changed the user/pass. now i cant even log on the website and every time i try to recover password i get no email so they must have changed it too

Yes I would consider this a scam.

Your best bet is to post a report here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/

They can always take the account back if they are the original owner. At least get the user banned that scammed you so no one else can be affected.

They probably contacted the customer sup. and said they lost there account, and yes more than likely recovered it. What server was your account on if NA then there is a possibility that he has used the recent bug exploit to recover the account. Its very unfortunate.

server was from EU west. How come they can get it back even tho i already changed the email and password and also it took them only a day to scam back the account which is really quick considering how long it take for riot to fix issues

They can see rapid IP shifts and will most likely make that a priority over most things.

oh well. this guy got a vouch thread about him as well thats why i went through with the purchase i even sent money 1st. ill contact him and see what he says

 

It's very likely that he recovered the account by emailing Riot's support staff. If he did do that, he claimed that his account was hacked and a Riot member saw the IP address and sided with him. If he doesn't respond to you within 24 hours, file a scam report and/or PM me/a moderator and I/another moderator will handle it.
