I just posted this on someone else's thread and I think it applies to you as well. You need a sense of direction and purpose in your life. I think if you tried to get a job, the daily routine would help you a lot, plus there is the money on the side too.
I was in a similar position, thus decided to get a job, and my life feels full to the brim right now!

I think what you really need is a sense of purpose and direction if your life.
I just finished school and I had 4 months off till University begins in September/October. I couldn't wait for the lie ins, and days off and doing nothing all day. After I realised this doing nothing made me really really depressed. I had broken the same routine I had had for 13 years of my life and I didn't have a daily purpose of job. I was at a really big low, and I too thought I was overreacting. However we NEED to have a purpose to go on each day, thus I asked my Dad for a job at his firm, and and was more than happy to have me working and not wasting my time.
Right now I am still working, and I love having a daily routine and purpose and I feel normal again. I use my PS3/Sythe/RS much less (as my day is taken up by other things), but I still get a few hours in the relax and enjoy myself, so it also becomes more of a novelty.
If I were you seeing as you dropped out of college recently, try to find a job. If you already have a part time one, try to get a full time of so you have a daily routine, and you will be earning money at the same time.
I know EXACTLY where you are coming from as I have had a pretty rough last 6 months. The whole being banned issue is a mental block you have, as another distraction/thing to do has gone out of the window, thus you are finding yourself empty again.
Trust me, try getting a job and get a routine/purpose back into your life. Let me know how you are getting on, always up for a chat if you need one![]()
