Its the discussion in the USL people want to see. How the upper staff decided that you were in the right and Stui was in the wrong is what everyone is interested in. No offence but you did take advantage of Stui in this, you ignored him and just pushed him away on numerous occasions in the last few months.

I am sorry Dave, but it would make the community so much easier to with after all this shit is cleared up. And the quickest way of you doing that is paying back the money. Now I admit I spoke to stui alot and we were mates. But this is an unbiased point of view.

 

He never settled for a lower amount you fucking idiot. he wanted an instalment; knowing Dave was never gonna pay up and then you use that against him. How the FUCK did you get on the staff team? you let personal feelings cloud your judgement. as we saw last year (*cough* elena).

When I go into the RaSC section I prioritize sincere reports over reports from trolls. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to view your report but I guess thats the hand you were dealt when you decided to constantly troll the site. I will always prioritize getting scam reports done for members who contribute to the site over trolls.

 

So just because he's a troll you let a moderator effectively scam him? This is poor. He's only come back for his money jesus... Why not just give him what is rightfully his so he can be on his way?

 

Not at all. Eventually I would have gotten to his thread and gave an unbiased position. Unfortunately I didn't have the time because as I said I would deal with member reports who aren't known to troll first.

I don't think how badly all of this is tarnishing this community and more specificly Dave. If he plans to have a successful time merching, mm'ing or whatever shit he does, he will need to pay this off, I know stui and he won't let this go, ever. He isn't trolling, he isn't being sad by creating tons of bloody accounts, put yourself in his shoes, you had to pay off $1100 and are owed $530, what the fuck would you do? I know I wouldn't let go of that money. I am pretty sure anyone in there right mind wouldn't. And btw stui, read my skype status, I have a new skype, add it.

 

Dave should pay Stui back, Although I'd have to say what Stui's doing now is rather childish and isn't helping him getting his money back in any form..

 

what i find funny about this whole thing is the community.... Seriously the community should be warned and dave should be temp banned from the market till this is settled. I posted trade with caution on all of his selling threads and they were all deleted. WHY???? Because it would cost dave money. seriously like wtf.... sythe is more worried about someones profit then the overall safety of the community. Dave is a threat to the community till this is settled.

Fact that dave refused to pay stui back (in a reasonable manner) is kinda fucking sad. worst part is that some of the mods chose pride over justice.

It's clearly stated that dave had the money to pay back stui but didn't until a time much later. If that statement is true then Dave is an immoral/unethical person who shouldn't be opperating a business on sythe.

 

While this may be the one and only time i agree with you i thought id chime in on one point.

I disagree with the above comment, dave will continue to be a threat to the community because his word obviously means nothing. He has not and apparently will not (for the time being atm anyways) paid for goods he has already gotten. Thats scamming in a very basic form.

This is bannable if the user wasnt staff and at the VERY fucking least TWC worthy. Anyone else (cough Karl or any number of others) would be banned until the user was paid back (in FULL) but the obvious special treatment displayed by staff when it comes to one of their own shines through all their rhetoric and BS excuses.
