I agree with both Stui and Laptop here. Why not show what the logic/reasoning that happens in the SL/USL? Obviously edit out the personal info (if its applicable) so the community as a whole can see.

All I can tell you is, next time you have a problem with a trade, make a scam report rather than making other agreements.

Your scam report was dealt with in a 100% unbiased manner, that I can assure you. You can take that for what its worth, as I know you probably won't believe me anyway, but its the honest truth.

I have no problem agreeing with you that it was highly irresponsible on Dave's part to have this pan out as it did, but the bottom line here is that the final agreement between you two has been met, and there's not much more I can do about this.

As for how I handled the case, I welcome any upper staff member and Sythe himself to review it if they wish, but I am confident that I made the right decision. I'm sorry if you feel otherwise, but I can't please everyone.

And I also did report it a while ago via pm's to Malaka

I heard your side through laptop, until the bitter end when you said you would just hack Dave to get what you wanted.

As far as I know Video and N4N0 have looked over this.

With regards to me not being involved in the market as much as others, that has nothing to do with this case. I am just as qualified as anyone else on the staff team to review scam reports.

1. Thats your problem for asking Dave to file the chargeback and settling for a lower amount.

2. This (the decision not to ban Dave for Paypal fraud) was dealt with by someone much higher up than myself. There's no reverting this decision, however I will PM that report to him and see if we can unban him.

I have no affiliation with anything, nor know much, but IMHO, Staff shouldn't be judgemental when information is required. Yea, most likely he was rude and arrogant, but being a staff member should make you the bigger man. Simply put, you shouldn't take what he says to heart, just ignore his remarks, to get the actual facts. (Btw I've never spoken to Stui or know him, this is just based of the info on Sythe).

Also, if he was intent on DDoSing you, all you need is the persons skype name, not them to add you.

Just because I'm a staff member doesn't mean I need to take shit from him, if he wants me to listen to him without any third parties involved, he should be a little more considerate. If he thinks calling fuckface in the same sentence he asks me to add him on skype, hes out of his mind.

And regardless, I did get the facts, from both Stui and Dave, and as far as I'm concerned the report was handled correctly.

MM k, well that's fine Corey. My point on the DDoSing was, that if he was intent on doing it, he could just search all your posts and what not for it, unless you recently changed it and have kept it private.

 

I've never posted my Skype for that reason.

 

Stui you are a constant threat to the community. I don't know how you have an unlimited stash of proxies or constantly resetting your IP but i hope you are never allowed back after everyone you DDoS'd

 

For everyone saying things are being hidden, if you'd like me to post the info that I gave that was hidden from the community throw me a pm or add me on Skype and I'll explain just like I did to Dialatic and IDB. I chose not to have this info publicly throw out this info because this e-drama isn't worth any of our time.

However, if some users are genuinely upset and believe I am in the complete wrong in this situation, message me and I'll do my best to explain.
