R2Pleasent Scammed Me

This report has been dealt with in staff lounge but I would like to keep a public archived record of it to show that William le Not-So Pleasent scammed me.

Hi,

R2Pleasent and I had a deal. I was going to design and code him a custom site in return for a $1.2-1.3k loan for something I really needed money for. I ended up backing out because I no longer needed the loan. However, by the time I backed out, I was already done the theme and had showed it to him.

I've offered to let him buy the theme from me (since he seemed to like it), but he keeps telling me he has no use for it. Yet it's completely coded on his development website (although it is a shittier version - since he's admitted his developer isn't very good). He told me he had no use for it, and would not be using it, and wouldn't pay me for it, then right after told me that it was being developed on that development site. If he had no use for it, then why the fuck would he pay his developer to code it?

I am requesting a mere $50 for the design, or a ban on him for scamming me.

He has lied to me about being interested, and is refusing to pay me. He also told me about a week ago that he took it down and will no longer be using it. As you can see, it's still up on his website.

Please note that my work looked better than that but his developer fucked it up. This should not be a representation on Recois development's work as that wasn't me.

 

We will use this thread to update you on the matter when any are available.

 

I'm assuming he will just be forced to remove the theme. That's better than nothing and is really all I'm asking for if he's unwilling to pay me $50.

 

He has changed his story.







Now he claims he isn't using my design.

 

He removed it, it seems.

 

Since hes removed it, he won't be punished.

If for some reason he does use it in the future and does not pay you, he will be punished (unless there is some form of agreement between you).
