Everytime I try to contact him he doesn't respond and goes offline...He knows he owes me only $50.00... what do I do it's been 4 days and I know it was really him cause the next day I spoke to him about it on his LiveChat.

If you weren't scammed by an imposter, then it is highly unlikely that R2P would acknowledge receiving RSGP from you, and then refuse to pay you. Do you have any evidence that he did this?
