You don't 'give' when you buy something. You purchased the ad spots to generate revenue.

As for slipping through the cracks on almost every dispute, you have. Granted you may not deserve a perm ban for the bump/delete fiasco, but you did not receive any punishment at all.

Also - wasn't there someone who bought an account from you that was recovered? ... rule for everyone else - original owner must be able to recover or refund.
