i had a nice relationship with one of my longtime friends and classmates this year. (im 16 she is 15) it seemed like everything was getting perfect after about two months of being together and randomly one night after i just scored 20 points in a championship basketball game she texts me and wants to break up over the phone. i instantly raged and flipped my shit on her and she went off on me too. the bickering back and forth went on for around a week and we finally decided we hated each other. around 6 weeks after that she texted me and wanted to be friends so i said that was fine. all of this took place around 4 months ago. i cant get over her and its terrible. i cant ever get her off my mind and everytime she starts to talk to another guy i get instantly jealous. she didnt even treat me very well when we dated and very poorly afterwards. i have tried to talk to other girls but havent gone as far as a girlfriend yet. I just want to forget all about this girl and get her out of my life. this is all so depressing :/

You're young, things like this happen all the time at this age. You find a girl and think she's the one when she doesn't know any better either. I'd say keep focusing on other girls and not focusing on texting her. She should have some respect to not text about other guys though, but maybe she thinks that you're over the whole relationship between the two of you. I'd say try to make a move towards not texting her so much (if you do text a lot) per day to barely texting at all. Once you hit that point it'll help you focus on other girls in your life and not just on your ex.

It takes time to forget the girl in your past relationship but one way to help forget her would be to lose contact with her and go out meet other girls. You may think that this girl you broke up with was the perfect one for you, but truth is, you'll find a girl that is much better. Just go out and look for another girl. You're young and everyone was in this situation. Reason to why I say, lose contact with her is because it possible that you might feel attached to her so whenever you talk to her, it'll make you feel like you miss her more.

I'm no expert on breakups, but I'm sure time will heal everything :)

May suggest that IF you no longer want anything to do with her and hate her as you've stated in OP then just ignore her, delete her off any social networks; MSN, Skype, FaceBook, Phone, pretty much anything that'll put her on your mind.
If you see her in school, just give a casual "hey" act like your break up was no big deal and you're cool beans with it.
You're more likely to get over her this way and ALSO she'll begin to think "wow he's so chilled and cool" (She may even want you back). Only then will you're obsessive thinking of her change :)

I'm just saying this from personal experience :)

The more you go back to someone the less they will respect you each time you come back and the more likely they are to cheat/hurt. This is because they know they have you and they can do whatever they want without having to worry about you going away, so they can use you when the need. This is literally the first thing you learn as a male (usually 12-14) is that after your first girlfriend dumps you and you desperately try anything to get her back that you are just humiliating yourself and making her respect (and her friends) you less.

The more you take a guy back the more he knows he can get away with, the less respect he will have for you and the less any guys he knows will have for you. The key thing is to put more value into yourself.

This is what Annex posted on my thread about me getting over my boyfriend and it was possible the best advice I've ever recieved in my entire life, now i'm sharing it with you in hopes it soaks into your head.

The more you take a guy (in your case girl) back the more he/she knows he can get away with.

You said she didn't treat you very good the first time, if you try to get her back she wont treat you any better the first time. You're extremely young yet high school realationships are always the hardest to get over, mine lasted the longest (even through college) and take my advice, they're not worth it and you'll be sitting like i was wishing you could get all of that time back.

From what I've read I can see clearly she doesn't deserve you, you clearly like here and want to do everything in your power to treat you how you treat her but she doesn't have the same respect or courtesy as you do. After reading what Lilly had quoted Annex's post really sum's it up but try talking to other girls and you will soon forget about her (in a good way).
