Honestly I think this is Just low.

Also I went into Mod Marks FC and asked if a Pmod could temp mute him and all they said was to report him. (Thats not going to do anything.)

 

What's sad is that his video has over a thousand views. Chances are someone's fallen for it

 

If the comments are legit, like 50+ people have fallen for it.

The link is wrong in a few more places too; it says "runescapee, ".co.nl". The thing is, some people would jump at the chance for a free 50M, and this is why this works so well. You just have to avoid them yourself and report the person saying it. As for it being low, it will make them money, and that's why they'll do it.

This has happened in the past, when I used this stuff I would request the email of whoever registered the website from the host and then cross reference it here and see if it turned out to be anyone.

 

Yup it's fucking pathetic, and a lot of people do it, they say go to this link thats a **********, but it asks you to use java when you go to the page, which is obviously a key logger, then when they hack someone, they use their account to to the advertising to it looks legit coming from an acc with 99 hunter.

 

So many people do ti because they think its "easy money", what they don't realize is the fact people or most people work hard to get that GP.

 

Most of the time, its the kids who fall for it so he wouldnt get much off it anyway.

This person did the same MSN scam, he said you need to change your pw and directed a link to Www.runescapee.co.nl < totally fake.

 

You would be surprised the lengths that people will go to just to trick others into giving up their hard earned GP. There are some pretty disgusting people out there unfortunately.

 

You can report the website on the Runescape forums, that'll at least help if Jagex decide to take it down for copyright. Be sure to scan your computer since there could've been a Java-DriveBy upon visiting that site, infecting your computer.

It's just a bunch of idiots who want to take stuff from younger kids who fall for scams like this. It's annoying what people on the internet have turned to, but there's no way to change things like this.

 

No-one is going to give you free money, i don't trust anyone saying it, why should someone..

This happens on a daily basis your best bet would be to just ignore it.

 

That's what runescape is nowadays, spamming bots everywhere, 1/100 or even less falls for it, people want money and they do everything they can to get it.
