Cant deny that Rondo was going off on that game, if it wasn't for Pierce fouling out then Boston would have won, Lebron had a clutch rebound yet Skip Bayless is going to talk some crazy shit about Lebron missing the shot, Heat in 5.

    1) Rondo has the best all-around game in the NBA, he won't be putting up 40+ night in and out but he's a triple double machine, and if he can put up respectable numbers then you can't ask for much more. You can at least count on him to hit double digits in assists.

    2) I agree to an extent, I too would be frustrated if I fouled out in regulation and watched my team helplessly plopped on the bench when I know I could be a factor in the game.

    3) True, but I still get a chuckle from the occasional well-put meme ;)

    4) Agreed, with <2 minutes on the clock the play was subject to a review, and with how neck-to-neck the game was, it definitely warranted a second review. Still stupefied as to how it wasn't whistled in the first place, it was pretty obvious he got hit in the face by Wade's extended arm =@

    5) Why would anyone criticize anyone for hitting a game winning shot? Even when it's super low percentage (Think Durant hitting the turnaround three at the start of the season against Dallas with 1 second on the clock) nobody talks about the "low-percentage shot" or "he could've gotten an easier shot", they just care about the fact that the ball went through the net.

It's insanely obvious that Lebron is the centerpiece for the Miami Heat, but as depicted once again tonight, he's not exactly the best go-to guy when time is running out and the game's on the line. Luckily the Heat have D-Wade who's proven himself as clutch.

...LeBron James? if anyone ever matches Oscar Robertson's triple double season average ever again it's gonna be LeGoat.. his 11-12 season was insane, no doubt he has the best all-around game

edit: oh yeah, nba is rigged. that lottery ish? fuck stern

    1) Rondo is one of the best if not the best point guards in the league, he just needs to be consistent. Don't confuse his great point guard play as making him a great all around player. LeBron James almost has a triple double every night and he can guard anyone on the floor on defense.

    2) I understand him being frustrated, not only about fouling out but the calls were bad. But I would NEVER EVER leave my team. It was selfish, and the game got close.

    4) I feel like in both series the calls are terrible.

    5) This shot would be forgotten along with the playoff performance against the Pistons. Media has already portrayed that he chokes.

Didn't Wade miss a couple of game winning shots and everyone was saying let LeBron try, then LeBron misses, gets called a choke and everyone says Wade should of taken the shot. Hilarious.

I wasn't able to watch the OKC game but from the highlights the spurs looked old...They won't play like that again.

I can't believe you guys are comparing Rondo and LeBron. It's nearly impossible to compare their games with each other.

Thabo sefolosha went absolutely off offensively and defensively, what a presence for OKC, had a great shooting percentage and racked up 6 steals, there is no doubt OKC needs everyone to play their role to a great extent to beat the Spurs, as long as spurs hold home court advantage they shouldn't really be worried about OKC, I would definitely like to see more close games though, apart from the 1st game they have been fair blowouts.

On topic, spurs will win it all in 6 against heat. I don't want spurs to win but honestly i don't think miami will be able to beat them the way the spurs are playing now.
Like i said, i'm wanting the heat to win but i don't count on it. We'll see how the series carry on..

Not like that, he said rondo has the best all around game in the nba and that is not true, Lebron does.

Btw when the heat stopped passing after the first quarter they started losing. It's like Westbrook syndrome (though he did pass more last night)

Celtics had a good game, heats game was off, horrible rebounding and shooting after the 1st quarter.

I had edited my post to say "sans Lebron", but I got the loading error and was too lazy to fix it afterwards lol.

Case in point, Rondo has ONE of the best all around games in the NBA and has shown consistency throughout both the playoffs and the regular season.

OKC will win tomorrow's game and most likely the rest of the series.

    1. Russell Westbrook needs to have a game like he did in Game 3. Unselfish, shutting down Ginobili and Parker, and playing both ends of the court.

    2. Sefolosha on Parker. Sefolosha is one of the top defensive players in the NBA and Parker's one of the most experienced guards in the league. He did a great job containing Parker and not letting him play the way he played in Games 1 and 2.

    3. Scoring depth from the OKC team. If someone is slacking, someone else picks up. Example - Russ was not having a great scoring game, but Sefolosha filled in for him.

Another difference maker: Turnovers and fastbreak points.

There's plenty more reasons, but those 3 are the main reasons to the OKC win last night (2 nights ago).

Yeah, I also believe as long as Westbrook passes they will have a chance, if he brings the ball up the court almost every time and pulls up a shot without driving and dishing like Rondo, or at least starting the offense, they will lose. It depends on him. Durant and Harden will continue to play amazing.

ps Firez I love watching Tim Duncan play.
