Is there any way, other than mail, that I could trade for RSGP? I'm currently under 18 and many of the other payment services require one to be over that age. Mail in my opinion takes too long and is a bit riskier than other methods.

And then how do I add money to that PayPal? I either need a bank account I control, which I do not, or a MoneyPak, which can only be purchased if 18 or older.

 

do you have a passport or a drivers license? if so you can use Western Union, basically just go to a local 7-11 or moneymart and fill out a form and cash, they'll ask for your ID and you go from there. Safe for both parties also.

 

It depends where you live. I'm 17 and i can't send money using WU until i'm 18, different place has different policies.

 

I've been trading for years and I'm 17. Using PP mostly. Don't you have any brother/cousin who can buy you MP codes?

 

If you have a bank account or CC, you can use it to verify your Paypal account if you decide to open one and the money you earn can be transferred to your bank account.

Depending on where you live, you can take WU, something which is used a lot these days.
