Snow patrol pretty much inspired me, so here goes...
Alteranz - Nicely active, always helping out. Good to see you on the staff. (y)
Awesome Stranger - I never see you posting. You probably do a hell of a lot of modding, I just never see you.
Cosrob97 - Spam reports begone!
Determinate - Helping out in the RS section as always.
Djweasel - One of the most active sectionals. I see you everywhere. Good luck buying your iPad
FlyingToast - Good to see you've taken up another section.
JohnK - Off-topic baws.
KerokeroCola - IMO the best sectional. Quick, nice and active.
Kinaesthic - Caught Chinesekid. GJ if it's valid.
MohtasaUnique - I see you posting around quite a bit now. Nice.
n4n0 - Same as Kero, you're doing an amazing job.
Scottay - I sometimes think you're a computer, because you reply to my PMs within like half a second.
SuF - Nicely active.
Clashfan - Way to go in the Dispute forum. If only more people would be like you.
CSkiffingt1 - I see you around sometimes, but you seem to be a bit more business-focused right now.
Farcast - I don't see you posting that much.
FireZ - Active, as always.
Giddy - Guess who kicked you out of the IRC (together with N4N0) (h)
Karl - 1 Of the most active globals, you're doing a good job.
Nick - GJ on the RSGP donations.
Sacro - IRC Down
Sin666 - If you and Clash weren't here, the dispute section would have more threads than the market section.
Giverny - Probably a very good reason you're not that active at the moment.
Matthew - PayPal donations (y)
Govind - Doing great Administrational work, as well as your BTS work.
Sythe - We're online, and I see you posting in the RuneScape section for a bit now. Great.
Alteranz - Nicely active, always helping out. Good to see you on the staff. (y)

The IRC wasn't down, invite was on because there was a ton of bot spam

Ah, like that. Thanks, good to know.
And on top of the fact that invite was on, Sacro doesn't run the server. If the IRC goes down, he has NO control over that.
Good job both of you in dispute section

Quick note to market mods- The section "Price Checks & Market Discussion" could use some love. Note that many price check threads are in the Market Discussion section when they should be in the subsection called Price Checks (I would report them all but there are too many). Please move/delete/lock/infract (not sure which one it would be in this case) the threads. I think a way to attempt to fix this solution would be renaming the general section "Market Discussion" and keeping the name of the subsection.

I've taken care of the phishing/virus links this evening after I got off work.
We get to them as fast as we are able to. It's impossible for us to catch/remove every single one right away, and it's not feasible for us to be sitting in RaSp/RaSc 24/7 looking out for this stuff. We do our best with the staff we have though.
3 Pages is RaSC, what happened to keeping it under control?
(Sounds harsh, not trying for it to sound mean though)

I took care of like 4 pages over the weekend. Will try and knock out some more when I have some time today.
