Well I believe that you shouldn't stop being active when you hit the mod quota. Like I said I've tripled the global QUOTO and been with my GF damn near all moth. So I kinda just lock threads, post, and issue infractions. I still do alot on my iPhone which is hard. I feel my activity lately has been low but I still post.

 

Just a question, if you can't answer i understand.

Is doing spam reports hard physically on an iPhone, or just takes a while?

 

Spam reports involve going through at least two links, one to open the thread and one to open the reported post. Then you have to issue an infraction, delete a post, move a post, or all of the above. Then you have to go back to the spam report and close it. Then you have to move it to the archives.

It's possible, but it's a huge pain in the ass. With tabbed browsing, you can do like 50 spam reports in 10-15 minutes. On an iPhone, it's more like one report a minute.

 

That's true yes, 100%, but I think what Wulf is trying to say is Snow Patrol is in different circumstances than that. He wasn't aiming to fill all his duties at the start of the month then go inactive, he had some issues pop up later on, but as far as the Sythe Admins can be concerned he's done all his work anyway.

 

For me when I'm on my computer it's easy but on my iPhone it's a hassle so I don't do them on here on my iPhone.

 

I think all Sythe staff is doing an exeptional good job compared to other cheating sites.

Clashfan - You're doing well, I see you online most, if not everyday, and you contribute very well in the community section of the website. Also, from browsing through your most recent posts, I can see you've been doing a reasonable share of Spam Reports, and more importantly, a deal of Scam Reports. It's really, really, great to see that even after being a part of Sythe.org for 7 years (And I wouldn't be surprised to find out you were on RuneCMS,etc, before Sythe) as well as being a former Administrator, that you're still willing to come online and do the tedious moderating duties like Scam and Spam Reports. It shows you're really dedicated to this website. Great to see

CSkiffingt1 - The first third of the terrific trio, who hold a huge part in keeping this site working. You're such a professional moderator. Even before you were promoted to being a sectional, you were very mature, and that maturity seems to only have increased in the time I was banned. You're do very well in the Report a Spammer and Scammer sections, and I've seen you contributing a reasonable amount in the Dispute forum too. I've also noticed even with all this work, you're still able to enjoy yourself in the Sythe Market too. Of course, with all this work as well, you've got your behind the scenes duties like High Pardon voting, staff voting, and all the other things the regular member may not see or know about. The only Achilles Heel I could find is, compared to a year+ ago, you don't seem to be as involved in the community, posting around in the Off-Topic and Community sections.

Djweasel - The second third of the aforementioned Trio And in my opinion, the most contributing of the three. Since I've returned, I've noticed, you are an absolute machine. First, you fill in your regular duties that is expected from a Global Moderator. You do a load of work in the Disputes, and from what I have noticed, a lot of work in the High Pardon Forum (You contribute to almost all the High Pardons, which I think is a lot better than silently Not Supporting a pardon, etc.) I've also noticed how much effort you put into Spam Reports, which, are normally a sectionals job, but it seems these days that there are more reports going in than before, so the sectionals can use a bit of help. Another thing I really like, is that you're still staying active in the community, posting around in just general topics, so I literally see you everywhere. One thing I haven't seen often is work in Scam Reports though. But you're making up for that elsewhere.

Karl - The third, and final member of the trio. You are doing an exceptional job. First, you're doing a load of work in the Report a Spammer, Report a Scammer, and Dispute forums, which are, of course, the main jobs for any Global Moderator. Not only are you doing this, but you're so, so active just in the community. You make everyone laugh, you post your opinions about everything, and you just seem to be an all-round great guy. Ever since you joined I was pretty confident you were gonna go a long way on this website, and I was right. You've been active, helpful and consistent since day one. Great effort.



Sythe - You and Matthew are measured a little different in terms of activity for this website. At first, a couple of years ago, I used to think Sythe had an inactive owner, who only stopped by to post occasionally and pay a few bills to keep everything running. I was so, so wrong. Over the time I've been on Sythe, I've seen you have to deal with Server difficulties, legal issues, idiot DDoSers, Staff and rules Drama, and on top of that, disrespect from some members. The fact that you've been able to stick through that for 7 years is outstanding. Also, a big thanks for fixing the recent issues the websites been having with some Javascript and random symbols popping up on the webpage. I haven't had it for at least a day now, so it seems to problem has been fixed. Thanks a lot.

Brendan. Ya as you know scam reports are optional and since I'm on my iPhone alot it's hard to do. But I do appreciate the great feedback. One of the best I've seen in a while.

Sin666-- I'm really glad you're active again. I didn't know you as an admin or sectional, but I can't begin to explain how much of my respect you have for everything you've done for this site.

 

Punjabi3- really active for a new mod and clearly a good choice as a new mod. Various mods used to do my report posts but recently they have all been done by you, so you have things on lock!

But you are to active, you infracted me (crying face).

 

Djweasel-- you're impressing me more and more each day. I'd like to compliment you on how you've sort of taken over the irl trade section. Flawlessly moderated.

 

All The staff seem to be doing a great job keep up the great work.

Djweasel - I see you around a lot, extremely active, doing a fantastic job.

Karl - Seems like a great person. I've noticed how he always seems to dig further than others, I see disputes, and if anyone is doing any suspicious outside the forums (hacking or w/e), you always seem to find it. Everyone else is doing a good job, but I think Karl has been doing one of the best jobs so far. Keep up the good work!

Cosrob - Just like Karl, you usually dig things up and bring them up when needed or asked. You haven't been mod for long but I think you're doing exceptionally well so far.

Typing on an iPad, just wrote something short for the mods I notice the most. I might post one for all the mods soon.
