As far as I see it the entire staff needs a standing ovation! Will anyone join me and agree on that?

 

No but really, great job staff!

 

I would like to first apologise to Superman123321 for putting him/her in the spotlight here just to get my scammer thread unlocked, but after he did so, he handled and examined the exhibits and evidence more throughly and now a just action has been levied against the roody-poo.

Furthermore, I change the above, quoted post to the following:

Superman123321 - Handles scam reports VERY professionally, just needs to allow the scammed person to reply to his initial comment before hand. Thank you man.

Props to Superman123321 for his efforts in the report a scammer section. He answered a report that I saw in 2 minutes. Amazing work.

 

Superman - I know I said congrats but furthermore I would like to say you have been doing an amazing job and have been very kind/fast to any questions/concerns/requests I may have had/have.

Already covered the rest of the staff(ones I talk to/notice anyway) in my last update a few pages back.

I'm back, so I thought I'd write some feedback.
Also, I've been visiting Sythe when I was banned, and I also check the moderators posts to see their activity, as well, It's not blind feedback.

Alteranz - From what I see you're pretty active and doing well.
Cosrob97 - You're doing amazing, I'm happy to see all the work you're putting into the site.
Determinate - Looks like you're doing well.
FishFishy - Doing a good job since the recent promotion.
FlyingToast - Haven't seen you around lately, judging from your recent 50 posts, looks like you've been doing a little modding. I'm sorry if you participate in BTS more, I'm judging from what I can see. You're an awesome dude, though.
JohnK - Honestly, one of the most community oriented people I know, the SytheMonth (I need to talk to you about this) is amazing, and all the work you put in this site is awesome to see.
KerokeroCola - You were one of my all time favorite globals, looks like you're doing a great job.
MohtasaUnique - I had my doubts on you at first, but I think you're doing great, Montiquish, haha.
n4n0 - What can I say? I've worked with your before, I know how dedicated you are when it comes to this site, you've been doing well.
RsProd - About time you're repromoted, you were one hell of a sectional, glad to see you back.
Scottay - You've been doing pretty good.
Snow Patrol - Jesus, Snow. Your promotion is long overdue, I stalked you after you got promoted, you're doing really well! Well deserved, good luck!
Spraynwipe - You're doing awesome, I like how you post outside the graphics sections, but you're also taking care of that section great, as well.
SuF - You're awesome, you participate outside your section, but like Spray, you're also taking care of you're section greatly, as well.
Superman123321 - Superman! Yay, you're doing GREAT since you've been promoted. I love your responses on some of the disputes, I have a feeling you'll go far!


Blupig - Like FlyingToast, I'm not sure if you're more of the BTS person, but I don't see you around much.
Clashfan - Looks like whenever you're on, you've been moderating. That's great to see, you are an amazing moderator, if you could be on a little more, that'd be awesome.
CSkiffingt1 - Corey, you've been doing great, from what I've seen!
Djweasel - Congratulations on global, you've also been doing really well, keep up the good work.
Giddy - You're a cool guy, Giddy, but I seriously don't think you've been modding as much as you should. Getting more than the required modscore would be awesome. Since I can't see, I hope you've been participating more BTS.
Karl - Karly! Thanks for the help recently, and you've been doing awesome recently. You've always been a great BTS person, I'm sure you're contributing to staff discussions as
great as you used to when I could see them. All around - you're a helpful, nice, and great moderator.
Sacro - I love you, you're awesome! You've been beasting out account recoveries, and I think you do a great job.
Sin666 - You're a goddess, you're amazing in every decision you make.

FireZ - Well deserved promotion, you'll do amazing, FireZ!
Govind - Great admin, I love the new modscore system, and I think you've been doing great.
Matthew - Handles donations, technical admin, etc. You do an amazing job!
Nick - Oh my god, you were one of the best global's I've ever seen, you'll do an exemplary job with your recent promotion! Congratulations, Nick!
Sythe - Without you, this site wouldn't exist, thanks!
Verts - You're a good admin, you've been getting more involved in the community, it's awesome to see that!

 

Lately I've been doing less reports and generally more of skimming threads in the market. I do agree I need to start doing more reports though, scam and spam alike.

I'll do my best to change the over the next little while, I've been inactive for ~2weeks due to xmas, and holidays etc.

The holidays have hit me hard, this time of year is especially busy for me because of my sport and Christmas etc. I'll do my best to change that!

Alteranz - Great guy and active, don't have anything negative to say about you, or I don't think I ever will.
Cosrob97 - Seems to me like you've let the power of mod go to your head a little bit, as I remember you being so anti staff and a generally nice guy before you got promoted and now you seem to act superior towards newer members and have this asshole like attitude which I don't like. Other than that, your activity is good.
Determinate - I don't check your section anymore, so I don't really know.
FishFishy - Great guy, just don't ever let the power get to your head, always stay genuine man.
FlyingToast - I see you somewhat, I guess you could always do more work in the RaSc.
JohnK -As with Cosrob, I don't know if you're the kind of person to act a bit better than people because you were promoted but I've seen it a couple of times in the spam forum or at least hinting it. Just my opinion.
KerokeroCola - Always spoken minded, you have the ability of knowing how to do your job well and not appearing like you're better than others. Good job.
MohtasaUnique - You're a good guy man but you've let the power go to your head a little bit, I've seen it in the IRC and spam forum. Other than you're good.
n4n0 - Honestly, I thought you were a dick and thought you hated me when you were demoted, but your attitude has gotten so much better and you're honest and you let your opinion be heard. Good job.
RsProd - Seems to be doing an excellent job and is very friendly while doing it. Kudos.
Scottay - You're good in terms of activity and a nice guy just with the others don't let your mod powers get to you.
Snow Patrol - Don't know you that well but you seem friendly and active, I'll keep you updated when I see more from you.
Spraynwipe - Don't go into your section but from what I can tell you're doing your job.
SuF - I remember you being anti staff and now you're best friends with everyone which is kind of ironic but hey, you're back and you have great ideas for Sythe so I'll keep my mouth shut.

Blupig - From what I can tell you do your job, but I'd like to see you do some reports, RaSc as a Global.
Clashfan - Haven't seen you at all to be honest. Same when I was on staff with you, not trying to attack you personally but I feel like you're not doing the best you could be doing.
CSkiffingt1 - You turned into kind of a dick as soon as you got Global. I remember how we would have fun and shit and I know you have your duties as a Global now but you've changed from fun to being serious all the time.
Djweasel - Can't really say much, you've seemed to be doing what you're supposed to do.
Giddy - Great job being on staff for as long as you have and you're a genuine guy and a good friend.
Karl - At first you were kind of a dick once you got Global but now you've changed into the kind of person who gets along with just about everyone, good job dude.

Sin666 - Haven't seen you much but when I do it's great.

FireZ - Congrats on the Promo, you're active but I still kind of hate you for that whole ordeal with the scam reports you never told me about, lol.
Govind - Great admin, you're always on IRC but just don't let people get to you (the whole e-book thing) just give them a reason and if they don't like it don't get mad, just ignore them.
Matthew - Don't see you much
Nick - I don't like the whole lone wolf thing you have going on as an admin. I think you should be more community based and get to know other members.
Sythe -
Verts - Great job on coming back and being active, but in all honesty if you're still having troubles irl take a break please, your mental state of mind > sythe . You're a wonderful person and I don't think anyone wants to see you in that state of mind.

 

I can say for Fishy and me, that it'll never happen. Thank you for your honest feedback on the whole staff, hanGo.

 

I haven't even noticed, thanks for the heads up love, I'll need to analyze how I interact with users in the future to ensure I'm not being overly cocky with my socialization

 

In honesty, I am still struggling. I don't think it has any affect on my Sythe performance though. I've been trying extra hard recently to make sure I can balance IRL with Sythe, and I guess getting made redundant from my job kinda helped >_<
