Staff Feedback

Giverny - Thanks for capitalizing my name and considering a further name change. Also thanks for changing the PM timing. You're more flexible than most when it comes to these type of small yet progressive changes.

 

My job on this site is primarily based around keeping in touch with the community and knowing exactly what they want, when they want it. So yeah - just doing my job!

 

Thanks to the Upper Staff for handling all the recent events so nicely.

I'll be posting a full feedback form later. =)

 

Giverny - Thanks for the name change.

 

Awesome Stranger - Is doing a good job in the RuneScape section, as well on reports.
Corey - You were inactive during the beginning of the month, have you returned? You're a good moderator when you're here and working.
Determinate - Is doing a great job in the RuneScape section, also does a good job on reports.
Djweasel - Awesome job on the Market section and with reports!
FlyingToast - New moderator, congratulations on your promotion! I look forward to see what you will do. I see your handling your section pretty well, and you're getting into RaSc, which is awesome considering it's getting backed up.
JohnK - Does a splendid job on Off-Topic and reports! I also see you're taking care of Other Games, which is awesome!
Josh0is0here - New moderator, you're doing a good job on your section and reports!
Kinaesthic - You do a nice job in your section. Though, I would like to see you focus a LITTLE more on your section rather than your GFX selling thread.
Pokemoners - A very kind moderator who handles his section well and does his fair share of RaSP.
RsProd - I understand you're very busy with IRL, but when you're here, you do an amazing job!
Sacro - I love Sacro, but I would like to see you do more work around the forums, I don't see you very often.
Scottay - Thank you for heading the OGV section while RsProd is away, it's appreciated. You do a good job on your section and reports! Keep it up!


Clashfan - An awesome moderator, I loved hearing your opinions on staff issues. You also do a great job on disputes, and general modding.
Farcast - A good global, I don't have much I can comment on.
FireZ - Like always, you do an awesome job! You're active on all aspects of the site, keep it up!
Giddy - A good moderator, but I think activity is slipping a little?
Karl - Great moderator! As with Clashfan, I loved hearing your opinions on staff issues.

Finn - A great administrator, handles staff issues extremely well! You also do a good amount of work BTS that normal members don't see. Keep up the great work!
Giverny - An EXTREMELY kind administrator, you do your job as a general administrator REALLY well. Keep up the awesome work!
Matthew - You do a great job on donations, thanks!
Govind - I realize you have an important class, that's why your activity hasn't been great recently. But, when you're here, you do a great job!
Sythe - Without you, we wouldn't be here, thank you!

 

Djweasel - Just thought I'd write here that he is pretty much the reason the Xbox market section no longer sucks ass. Fantastic job moderating it.

I appreciate that both of you helped me. Unfortunately, after I got my old account, I realized I preferred this one.

Corey - Used to be a lot more active a few months ago, you're still doing a good job though, your activity is increasing as days go by
Determinate - Like Awesome Stranger, one of the best RS mods.

Scottay - Keep doing RaSp. You lock and temp ban users a lot from what I've seen.

Farcast - I'm very happy that you got promoted because you're doing a great job.

Yeah I understand, and I really apologize for this. I did a fair amount the first week or two I was promoted because I knew I would be really lacking in activity around this time. I have a terrible habit of procrastinating and have been working on a bunch of homework this past week. Not to mention I have had 5 extra family members staying over at my house so I've had to entertain them. I finished up my last essay minutes ago and just have some german assignment to do tomorrow and then my activity will be back up for good again. /end excuses

 

I haven't been as active as usual lately. I will be now though

Corey -You're one of the more senior dudes, and you have good, wizened input for everyone. I'm sure they all see you as a strong leader.
Determinate - You and stranger have adapted nicely to the RS section. It's amazingly clean these days. Your opposite time zones is just great luck.
Djweasel - long-needed reinstatement, imo. Steady thinker, good guy, and a good mod in all regards. (Y)
FlyingToast I saw an entire page of locked threads that disobeyed the WoW rules. Thank GOD for FlyingToast!

Josh0is0here Never seen you, but I don't doubt your promotion was a great one.
Kinaesthic - Almost certainly the nicest mod on staff. Talented, and your section is thriving now thanks to you. Bravo.
Pokemoners - You seem to stay "behind the scenes" a lot, doing spam reports but not posting much in the community. Tbh, no complaints there--keep up the good work.
RsProd -I hope your exams and such get over with soon! Sythe needs your steady gaze and amazing moderating back.

Farcast -Glad to see that you have risen up to in the ashes of n4n0 and plznate, two of the biggest Global voices on recent staff.
FireZ - you are literally the rock that keeps Sythe on steady ground. Please, God, don't let FireZ "come clean" about some past scamming or fail to pay off old debts. We need him....
Giddy -You've always been a longstanding asset to the staff. Thanks for sticking it through.
Karl - Like the rest of the Global team, you're stepping up and taking true leadership in these recent events.
Sacro - Great promotion, long overdue imo.

Finn -Controversial is an understatement. Being in a position of power means you make decisions that some love and some hate. The good news is that you don't give a rat's ass what the haters think, and you don't really cater in order to gain popularity either. In the light of all that has happened recently, we need such a firm leader, and I don't see anyone more capable than you.
Giverny - I stand corrected. You're probably just as nice as Kin, if not more.

No need to worry about me. My ebay feedback is 16/16. I have only traded 3 times or so on the internet outside of sythe/ebay and the all went well. Also my credit score is 750. I have preached and preached and preached how much more $ there is to be made by staying legit. Not only that but a good handful of sythe users have morals and integrity that we like to keep.

I have reached a pretty high place on this site in not that much time, and that is something I cannot lose and will not lose. (reputation) I cannot let myself or any of you down. I have nothing to ever come clean about and never will.

Keep on keeping on.

 

Just thought I'd speak on behalf of the staff when we love seeing full, detailed feedback from the users. It's much appreciated knowing how we do, and if there is anything we can work on.
As for the feedback regarding me, I'll be getting back into a workload very shortly

Awesome Stranger - I think you're doing a good job in your section. I rarely see you post in other areas, however.
Corey - I know you're internet's been shaky recently but when you're active you're really good.
