Offtopic Mods - There still has been mass amounts of redirects. They are kinda annoying.

FireZ - people may get mad at you sometimes, but you do a great job and really try to improve the site.

Nate - Extremely rude, unprofessional, very elitist, and just plain mean many times.

 

FireZ - I think you are doing a good job at improving the site. Your donation service is fantastic and much needed.

 

Finn - Very pleasant to talk to on MSN and quick to answer any questions I've got

Being "Elitist" is a problem that has always existed, and near the end of 2010 was at it's worst. However, right now...the staff team has worked hard to improve communications with the average user as well as try to be more lenient, but still keep the site safe. All of the staff is doing a great job, keep it up guys

 

Plznate was very hard to talk to, ignored my questions, and was all basically just not helpful.

 

That's unfortunate. In which ways was he 'hard to talk to' and 'just not helpful'?

 

Aight here's the deal.

Me: "Just wanted to let you know extremegp http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=992595&page=2 is a scammer. Scammed me $65 and tried to scam my account. I did not claim and cancel or whatever it is so is it possible to get my money back?"

His response:

Post there with all proof you have please."

"Honestly I don't have any proof as I've already closed out of the conversation on msn. I suppose I could take a pic of the payment but that's about it.
Again is there any way to reattain the money lost? I sent $65 canadian as a gift. I'm unsure of how to file a dispute."

His response: "Whats his paypal email?"

"[email protected]"

His response:"he says thats not his"

"Sorry but could you please provide me with some info as to how I should go about filing a dispute? Im really worried about this."

No response...

"I really don't care too much if her gets banned. I don't have any proof. I just want to know how to get my money back."

No response...

Asked him four times about filing a dispute and he ignored me each time. Also did nothing after extremegp told him that it wasn't his email.

 

Actually, I spent a good 25 minutes searching around the forums, as well as prying him for information trying to see if he slipped up and supported any of the notions that you claimed -.-

Its not my fault if you do not have sufficient proof to ban someone you claim scammed you, sorry you feel that way however : /

Edit: Btw you asked him to send you a pic of his gp, which I'm almost sure he didn't do.

nonamekiller - You do your job as you should, I'm extremely satisfied with your promotion. Keep it up!
Brendan - Very professional and kind.
Plznate - Not sure why 90% of the community has a problem with you lately. I like you. You have a serious side and a fun side, and you know the balance. You get the job done, and you're very trustworthy.
Giddy - You hang out in the spam forum too much and I don't see you do very much moderating..
Sacro - Haven't seen you too much..you were active a few days after your promotion then died down. I want to see consistency.

FireZ - A++++ <3 I can easily say you're one of two globals that responds at a decent rate over MSN. I like to think of you as a friend before staff. When it does come to business, you're very efficient and trustworthy.
Hahanerd - Don't see you around too much anymore, but I'm sure you get the job done..you're not the kind to slack off.
Nick - You do a lot with bans/high pardons I see..
MegaMatt - Don't see you too often.

Matthew - A bit slow lately..yes, you can give me excuses, but still. It's a bit ridiculous. I think perhaps having two people dedicated to donations and keeping up with requests would be a good move.
Finn - I like how you've become much more active in "staff management" you're pushing others to do their best. Good job.
SMR - A+
Sythe - Don't see you around too much.
Tyro - You beg or "politely ask" far too much for my liking. The first thread or two was fine, but now it's absolutely ridiculous. I understand you're going through some hard times, but you've taken it to an extraneous amount...

 

After looking through some threads and what not it's obvious I was mistaken. It wasn't you I was referring to, I apologize. Best of luck with everything Tyro, I'm here if you need to talk. I apologize for my accusation.

 

Why don't you think HamJam deserves his post?

 

I think it would be nice if admins who were subject to activity requirements had access to stuff.

You made a similar comment when I got promoted, you're obviously very opinionated and narrow-minded. Open your horizons and compare individuals on their performance around the forum, rather than let your feelings get in the way.

 

Thank you for reminding me. I'm been very inactive lately due to soccer and school. I'm doing a lot of the behind the scenes stuff and still moderating, but I'm not posting like usual. Just know that I'm still here.

I've already informed the staff about my inactivity.
