Okay so I was really busy this year (Junior) and was unable to take the SAT. I was going to take it in May but I had a family issue that exact morning. Now I was unable to register for the one in June and I have a question. How many tests can I take next year til Colleges won't look at it?

If you don't apply early decision you can take two, one in October and one in January. I suggest you sign up ASAP as spots fill up really quickly. If you apply early decision, only your one in October will count.

Also, if required by the schools you're applying to, you may need to take 2 SAT IIs. A schedule is here http://sat.collegeboard.com/register/sat-dates

I agree with this, I just took an SAT prep course and my instructor told us to register as soon as possible.
I would register now like Rsaccounttrader suggested.
I would also find a local prep course to take, It helped me a lot.
