Basically in the market for a decent main.

Must have a plus 1800 total, with the requirements to complete almost all quests. Minimum level for all skills 60 or 65.

Not fussy about wealth, if it has some, great. If not, then i'm not overly fussy.

The less quests done the better, but hey i'm not going to complain overtly.

High Dungeoneering is a must, at least 70-80 with the corresponding amount of tokens so I dont have to put to much effort in for a Rapier.

Obviously i'm new here, but active on other sites. Will either go first or will foot the costs for OMMs to ensure trade goes smoothly.

Will Paypal, not looking to sell on for a profit, just something to play on casually.

Well I have 2 accounts one lvl 115 another lvl 86.
LVL 115 has 99 rc 80 hunter 81 magic 80+ all combat sept prayer 70 summoning and makes 10m every 12 hours. Other account has 95 rc 80 farm and 80 magic i belive.
Wealth: First account about 40m Second about 1m.

Tis a fair point but I haven't played the game in about 3-4 years and frankly have no idea about any skills after Slayer. Will probably just do the quests and the new monsters and quit again.
