$10k+ what to do?

I have a large sum of cash and I would like to do something with it to earn income. What can I do? PayPal chargebacks? Are they very common these days? How do I go about finding who to trust ect? How do I win disputes when I know my trade was 100% authentic (ie. selling 100m OSRS; and user charges back?)

There’s been a large shift in people accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment. That seems to be the most common and safest way to prevent chargebacks.

When you say cash do you mean IRL $ or in-game GP?

Having $10k + is not necessary to start gold flipping. You only need about $2k to do it efficiently and safely as a smallscale operation - and for someone without rep, its probably not a viable money making method.

In Paypal, you cant win any case 100% guarranted. That's why people use cryptocurrencies now.

 

If I were you I would sell in bulk to shops around Sythe. They're all trusted and won't chargeback you. To reduce banrisk you want to sell all your gold in a large sum in a short period of time. You won't get retail prices for this but you can be sure 100% is sold without risk. When selling retail you've to deal with consumers, scammers, chargebacks, bans.

If you're talking about flipping gold for profit I would stick to crypto as a seller.

 

If you want to earn money selling OSRS Gold, I think you'll have a tricky time these days. The profit margins are razor thin, and there's so many trusted and established sellers right now. I'd look into another under-served game. I think you should browse a few popular forums like Sythe and see which games have demand for currency / items / services. Find games that have a lot of buyers, and where the competition isn't too high. Then you can work your way up and earn a reputation serving that market.

If you want to make good money, you need to go against the grain.
