    If I'd to choose myself, I'd go for 13, training without ava sucks.

    Yes, you lose 2 combat levels, but you'll also have a +10% strength bonus on the prayer (assuming you use it). That 10% would be the extra 2 levels if you had trained your strength, so really there isn't so much of a negative. Go for it :)
