Actually when you go to any store, there $7.99 + tax. And even think about the gas money to get down to the store.

 

That means nothing. Look at what other people sell them for on the site.

 

Regardless of what other people sell them for, that doesn't lower the price of the item itself. He's allowed to sell whatever he wants, or however much he wants. He may not get sales, but the price he sells them for isn't determined by you.
