1,589 Frost Bones an hour..

You would save a bit of effort on your end with runners, but then again that would be a bit more expensive. Its up to you though RS3 gold is cheap as hell atm so you might aswell just make it as fast you can .

The first time I was hiring a runner I was like "nobody gonna steal 27 Frost D-Bones", and on the first bloody run... guy never came back. lol.
Story does not end here, I hired yet another runner who was advertising himself outside the portal @ Yanille. On the first run, he came back. But he didn't trade me my bones... he just said "sorry man, gonna have to steal this run too. I really needed 500k. Goodluck finding a legit runner though".

At least he was honest in the end lol.

 

No runner ever lasts long, your better off not using one.
