This has been discussed in SL and the outcome as it stands now is -

Why should this market be protected? What differs this from calling someone a verified gold seller in a market such as the RS market. Also, noticing a little symbol next to someone's name/post count won't make any difference to seeing the words "Verified" in a large quote in someone's original post.

Also, this would grant unfavourable preference to a small group of people.

Unless there's some opposition to the things stated above, it's likely this will be denied.

 

Boosting differs from selling gold tremendously. Selling gold simply requires the RSGP. Boosting requires, tolerance, capability and a certain skill set. They require a certain level of ranked accounts, and ratings within the LoL competitive scene - We verify that what each booster has advertised, and determine if it's true or not. You can't compare boosting to other leveling or gold selling services, they are completely different.

With Boosting we verify;

• said accounts highest rating
• play a few games and or spectate a ranked game in their respective highest Tier.
• Request a PM on LoL from the highest level account they advertise to own/skill level be at.

Yes it would. It would make a huge difference. The majority of customers who come to Sythe for the LoL market simply arrive here by google. They do not assimilate with a quote saying Verified, they don't know who we are, yet bother to read stickies - I'm sure some do, but not all. A badge stating said individual has been inspected and verified to great extents is far more clear than a quote in the OP, which half the time looked over or missed.

By applying the verified minirank to a booster, it doesn't mean Sythe is held liable or associates with them in any manner - this would be made clear. It simply states that what said booster advertises in terms of their skill and capability is true - which we have verified.

You guys don't understand, it's not an unfavourable preference. To Boost you have to be verified, it's a requirement as such. If people refuse verification it's either because what they advertise is false, or they are scammers. So it's basically weeding out the rotten ones. We don't force people to be verified, however we encourage it, and offer as much help to them as possible.
