Explaining the deal: I paid MxRE 20USD over Skype for a Human Ryze Skin, which he was supposed to provide a code to.

Proof of Payment: User claims to have received the payment in the Skype chat-log proof.

How the deal went wrong?
As shown in proof, the user logged out after receiving the payment. Did not provide the skin code.

I will dispute the above Payment on Paypal as soon as a staff confirms.

 

Can you get a screenshot that includes the same text he sent you as a confirmation message? That's all I need and he'll be banned.

 

The confirmation is here, he says he received 19USD first and then asked for more.
