Mods please note: I am not trying to get Frisco banned. I know his paypal was limited and he had to rectify the situation. I am just looking to have the money returned to me so I can continue the service or refund him for the portion that I did not complete. This has set my paypal account into the red and I have had to use my own money to get back to a positive balance.

 

Sent him a pm about his plans to resolve this.

Edit: He said he messaged you and since you haven't done the full order, he shouldn't have to give you the full amount back. Also, he's willing to pay with rsgp. Have you been able to reach him?
