Character Name Unavailable?

When I go to change my password on my account, on the email it says "Hello, Character Name Unavailable."

Also, when I change the password, it keeps saying invalid password after I change it.

Anyone know anything about this? Please let me know.

 

Was the account F2P and inactive for a while?

Jagex released names from inactive accounts each month last year

 

naw this account was active daily, couldn't of been that.
