I am now approaching 7 YEARS? since I made an irrational decision that I've regretted since the day it took place.

It was one single incident. One single irrational thought that I acted on, and within a few hours completely refunded and admitted all my wrong doings. I've been denied in the past, however I am still on the same ground as the day I refunded that I have had 0 incidents, 0 reports, 0 hiccups ever. I have NEVER once been associated with anything shady, toxic, sketchy, or literally anything negative on OSRS, Twitch, Sythe, and Discords.

After the Duel Arena was nerfed (years after my Sythe DNT) I dabbled in Deathmatching. In my Runescape career - this was the absolute most trusted I have ever been and the most accountable I've ever been held in terms of handling other players gp. I held a 2B+ trusted rank in every single Deathmatching Discord that was created. I was one of the few that never had to pay for a rank because I helped create the rules to make it as fair as possible for players to received 50-50 odds. I held every pot and recorded EVERY SINGLE FIGHT. I can share hundreds of clips if requested. I also spent countless hours of my time (every day after work) reporting scammers, helping new players, and keeping it as much of a friendly environment as possible. (This 2 year span was completely off Sythe). I slowly stopped Deathmatching about a year before Jagex made it bannable because it slowly became toxic. The scamming became rampant, tons of drama started coming up with different CC's, "rival CC's", people were abusing bugs & other players took the competition so serious. It honestly sucked the 50-50 organized fun out of it. I also used the same Discord, and the same RSN during this entire timeline (still use both to this day).

Which brings me to today. I just started actually playing RS again about 6 months ago. This is the first time in a over a decade actually enjoying the game. I also play a couple private servers for Pking. The availability of many different Discords for different services and RS related groups is nice, but I'm truly old school. I've played RS since 2001 and truly enjoy the classic Forum style.

I don't think it's fair to stay permed under the assumption I might scam again. Or under the assumption I have scammed before, because that has NEVER EVER been the case. Nothing before, OR after my one hiccup points that I'm a bad guy. There is zero proof I have ever done anything of ill intentions.

About 3 years ago I was made aware that Gladiator had it out for me and was a driving factor on why I was continuously denied. I already knew it in the back of my mind, but I thought my case is pretty rock solid. He literally admitted in a Discord message (again I can provide proof if requested).
It would be nice to have a fresh set of eyes on my admitted wrongdoings and timeline before AND after the incident 7 years ago.


I truly appreciate the Sythe team for taking the time to sift through these. Whether I get approved or not - it's refreshing to see this Forum still active, and I would truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the community again.
