Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Hello Sythe folks, I am usually known as Vader.
- I was a long-time (5 years+) King of Stakes host and throughout those years I always represented the brand in the best possible way, paying extra out of my own pocket when necessary to customers&bettors.
A few years ago, I ran a medium-sized organization/office with a rotating team of 10-15 people, providing 24/7 service in King of Stakes. So, I had a medium-sized business, and there were other offices doing the same work as me. One of them was an office belonging to the Ninja (Ariba) team.
When you look at all the statistics, my office had a total of 55 mistakes in its first year, while the other two offices doing the same work had more than 200 mistakes. Everything saved on a excel by old moderator Koaly, im sure he can vouch for that.
In such a work environment, we had a Host Rules booklet that we had to follow, and it contained certain situations with clear and definite punishments. My office colleagues and I always adhered to these rules and never cheated to rules.
If I were to start explaining this in detail, I would have to write pages and pages because my relationship with management had slowly begun to deteriorate, not due to a single incident or a minority case, but generally because of the favoritism directed at the Ninja office. All the situations I mentioned in my previous report were verifiable, but I cannot accept that after I published the report, they tried to tarnish my name and portray me as a scammer to the community in order to shut down their method of defrauding customers. Even more absurd is that when a different former moderator reported the exact same situation I described, they were sanctioned. Doesn't that seem truly ridiculous?

According to our mutual agreement, other individuals providing hosting services at the same level as me are also required to adhere to the same rules. However, the fact that other members are able to escape with lighter penalties in situations where the sanctions are clearly stated in the ToS violates my agreement with them. For example;
imagine you are the president of a country and you tell your citizens they must obey the laws and will be punished if they don't. But if you don't punish a citizen who breaks the rules, wouldn't the other rule-abiding citizens create chaos and riot?

As I said, if I wanted to write about this more, I could write pages and pages, giving more than 10 examples and proofs. In fact, in some cases you might even be left speechless in amazement, but that's not the main point of this topic.

The person currently credited as the developer of King of Stakes, Byteking, is actually Molto. I have many ways to prove this, but since I believe there are problems with the information I'm providing, I can offer you a different witness. An old friend, whom I believe prefers to remain anonymous, told me he has 100% proof that it's Molto, but out of respect for ethics, he didn't want to share it with me. However, at the request of a sythe employee, he can share this informations with you if you ask him.




This is definitely an issue that I think needs to be addressed because the safety of over 3000 people is at stake, even just on Discord. Ariba&Molto, who have been banned from Sythe for years and are the real owners of Magebets.com, have the potential to scam people and run away if things don't go their way again.

Regarding my own situation:

As I mentioned in my previous report and at the beginning of this one, I find it unacceptable that bad managers, resulting from unfair management and favoritism, directly banned me at the FIRST MONEY RELATED PROBLEM. If you explain this to any sane person, they will realize the absurdity of what's going on.

My request is this: that the $1700 that was allegedly embezzled by employees due to poor management and unequal application of rules be returned to me after deducting my $10,000 rank cost and $5,000 leasing cost paid to King Of Stakes. I don't think I could have a more justified request than this.

If two parties enter into a business agreement and one party fails to adhere to its own rules, then I am the party that benefits, and they are obligated to return the investments they received from me for breaking the agreement. There is also another way I can request this; Specifically, regarding the $5000 I received under the guise of leasing, a clause was approved by ADMIN Reaper, and it was never refunded to me. I made the payment after Reaper approved a clause stating that my money would be refunded if the leasing account was taken from me. You can access the group conversations here.




I would like to ask that the staff handling this matter be as impartial as possible. If you look at everything from a neutral perspective, you will see the points where I am right.
I don't want favoritism, I just want your truly fair decision. I don't doubt you, but I'm worried that in my previous comprehensive report, you received no sanctions, but later, when someone else addressed the SAME issue, sanctions were imposed.

I think they'll end up writing negative things about me as a defense in this report again. But I've been in contact with Deal for almost two years, he kept me waiting for two years to run an office in the clan again, and he made false promises. In the end, I hope that my doing everything I could to earn money and be able to return isn't portrayed as malicious behavior. I was just a 30-year-old, dealt with health issues, and doing my job honestly, and they deserve to be condemned for banning me without giving me the slightest concession(not even %10 what they did for Ninja), even though they were aware of my situation.
