Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
About 3 months ago i received a TWC ( wasn't deemed at fault yet bad practices took place causing such punishment ) from a scam report. Said thread was created by a now banned member of Sythe ( Spartacus. ), mentioning this not to justify said bad practices but to reiterate the presence of bad practices on their behalf aswell.

Next report was made by ( obadias ) after a bulk 07 sale attempt, polluted by a fake middleman discord account.

As a brief recap, I initially messaged multiple MM's without success, time had passed and since it was a quite nice profit opportunity (which should've been a red flag) i was already inpatient by the time the gold seller had a response from a 'MM', followed by me being invited onto a discord group chat.

Without hesitation i sent capture of sythe-proof of contact which then served to fool me into believing it was a trade confirmation from MM and therefore authentic. Some chatting after... Obadias realized and pointed out UID's for MM differed and followed with abovementioned thread.

- Appeal was allowed after 1 month, yet I felt more reazonable waiting it out another month as a way to assert my awareness for such neglicence on my behalf.
- Obadias was supposed to send me the crypto and i'd personally pay the MM for the 1b 07 ( ~8b total in 1b increment per our discussion ), therefore i'd have been out of pocket ( i had ~$300+ USD balance at that moment ) and would've had to refund Obadias his money for this.
- I have since continued outsourcing gold and regularly trading RSPS - 07- Crypto without recurring in these omissions, furthermore being proactive to avoid any scam.
