Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: RRRD / Skatford - need help dealing with a situation

Im concious of this faulty trade; both sides made our mistakes and i didn't explicitly clarify the gold was being outsourced & anything regarding our ToS.
Its also been some time since we, through out servers, use channels that serve as broadcasts - streams of buying and selling offers / stock for all our clients and farmers to see.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

A month has passed since my TWC punishment was given, and i understand its a measure to learn and correct this community members when needed, aswell as constantly reminded my community of keeping in mind these rules.
I have already discussed with my teammates on these type of mistakes. I truly hope we (CYBERGOLD) are now more concious of the Sythe Rules and keep them in mind while trading, specially outside of our tickets.

The last 2 would be these, where in one of them a verdict was given with a penalty that, in my opinion, was well and low according to the SYTHE RULES.

Already with the month completed with my TWC, I could only add or ask to please, that if there can be a vote "in which I hope to win hehe" to remove my TWC pls.​

 

Support, I see that you got some vouches. Don't repeat the same mistake again please
