Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I have delievered to Snorlax product and It came to misunderstanding. https://prnt.sc/w0nmMyshRex- He wanted me to put here icons in every box which will represent skill and by ICON I thought It is some brand name for his script, since he never provided me any icons. Before he would always tell me which icons I should put on thread but in this case he didn't. I told him I can do it for $5 and he has reported me for extortion, scamming. I offered him 50% refund at start which he declined. At the end I fixed thread for free and Mod has decided to place TWC for 30 days. I would never deal with him but before order he was indirectly blackmailing me with report, since I have made him design and he would report me for refusing to edit it.
Link to previous disputes: I couldn't find them and I don't remember really that there were any but you can check once more.
Anything else you wish to say: I will make sure to use my new list where customer needs to specifly answer what does he want on design.
