[Approved] Adding Music Bot to the Music Channel in the Sythe Community Discord

I would love to have a music bot added to the Sythe community discord in the music channel where people can request songs in a specific text channel or any text channel and vibe together to some music in the discord. It should be an easy add and would be a good way to share new music with Sythe community members along with just vibing together and chilling/listening to some different types of music people request.

 

Considering the song you just posted was absolute butt cheeks, no support.

there are about 8 people who use the discord community server more than infrequently, there is no need for so many sub-channels, it just makes the discord look even more sparse than it already is. merge them all

 

at least get rid of the food channel. its a massive trigger warning, please consider our sythe members with eating disorders (about 50% of you guys i'd guess)

 

Too much or too little?

 

In general I think the Sythe discord is too messy and needs a major revamp. Too many specific community channels that never get used.

That being said, adding a music bot wouldn’t do much to hurt that. Keep it in music channel, keep all requests into #bot-commands and I think it’s fine.

 

People will probably mainly use it to troll rather than actually using it to have some kind of listening party. No support.
