Which violation you are reporting the user for: Not making customers verify ToS in writing.

Kindly inviting the customer to read your ToS is not verifying that they have read your ToS. Not only does Chicks not list their ToS anywhere on their sythe threads, they do not follow sythe guidelines when it comes to verifying customers have read and agree to their Discord ToS in writing. This is not the first report on Chicks recently where a customer did not remove all of the wealth on their account before starting the job. I believe this is due to failures in communicating their ToS and expectations with customers. I am surprised at the decision by @Pirate to not TWC @Chicks considering the recent issues Chicks has had with customers having wealth reported stolen.

I believe that if Chicks is going to get off with essentially a slap on the wrist he should at least have his ToS methods changed and updated to have customers verify in writing they have read and agree to the ToS.

I say this because I feel I was held to a different standard during my report a few months ago regarding a customer who I did not verify in writing that they agreed to my ToS I had listed at the top of my Sythe thread

I shall begin with quoting the rules in question. These are the same ones I quoted in your report as well.

You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button to create a ticket.

In the event that something goes wrong, not having agreed to terms of service with your customer will result in the decision being left up to staff.

Staff reserve the right to overrule ToS in certain cases such as where they are being abused or violate existing Sythe rules.

Notably, account sellers' ToS must comply with existing guidance on their responsibilities.

As you can see it states ''You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button to create a ticket.''
I went ahead and checked their Discord. They do meet this rule as can be seen here: https://i.imgur.com/D9nOnCi.png
The 'kindly inviting their customer to read their ToS' is not required although it might prevent future issues.

This is not required.

As you can see in the quote above there are multiple ways to have your customers agree to your ToS, but simply putting it on your thread does not suffice. It was for that reason your ToS was not considered agreed upon. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out.
