For clarification, after i made the report I revoked access because I wanted a full refund for what was done (because now the account is currently banned) and I haven't received it at all despite he claiming he would refund me.

TLDR : Paid for a service, got banned and tried talking to person providing service, they ghosted me for multiple days so I made a sythe report. They claimed they would pay me back but never did so basically lost the money I paid.

Although I don't know if this warrants a full refund of 1.3 or just what was done because the account itself is now banned so can't exactly refund my progress i made on the account.
