Hey there @the slayyers, apologies for the delayed reply on this.

The refund for the value of the account isn't a valid request here given the circumstances of that report, however if you can provide proof of the service that was to be done and what was completed up until that report, then I can then determine from there how much was owed from the remainder of the service that was incomplete.

To reply please make a new post in this section and I will merge it in here, thank you.

For clarification, after i made the report I revoked access because I wanted a full refund for what was done (because now the account is currently banned) and I haven't received it at all despite he claiming he would refund me.

TLDR : Paid for a service, got banned and tried talking to person providing service, they ghosted me for multiple days so I made a sythe report. They claimed they would pay me back but never did so basically lost the money I paid.

Although I don't know if this warrants a full refund of 1.3 or just what was done because the account itself is now banned so can't exactly refund my progress i made on the account.

Sorry for the delay in this. Can you contact me on discord? I have a few questions just to verify the numbers here.

After speaking to you on discord and re-reviewing everything the amount owed exceeded the $300 cap, therefore I've added your name to the list for $300 cap. Thank you for your cooperation and best of luck with the rolls @the slayyers!
