yeah, it's been on my nerves for a while and people are raging in the spam forum because of it, so..

i think that's vague as fuck. provocative and derogatory is subjective, and i'd like some certainty here. so, i think one of the following should happen

1) make all flaming in the SF infractable D:

2) allow flaming in the SF - (YES) flaming and joking around is part of the fun of the forum. any attacks on other users is usually just a huge hazing ritual, and i'm sure that no users have been seriously hurt by them (and if they have, they should get off the fucking computer and get help with their emotional issues)

3) at least make the flaming rule clearer and more precise, for the sake of the mods and the users EDIT: ah, i just said flaming was subjective... how can you make that clearer... JUST FUCKING FIX IT.

it's not that big a deal, but it's worth looking into before people kill alex (i have his address guys, selling it for 5$ paypal)

My term for flaming is When someone goes on a social networking site and leaves messages' that other's might find very offensive.

This was the exact thing I said to MegaMatt earlier. It's not precise on what flaming is in the Spam Forum exactly, as "mild" is not clearly defined.
