These are offsite activities and are not harming Sythe users directly or indirectly, so there is no rule being broken here.

In terms of the comments and report threads you have linked, they are all marked as resolved. And a lot of the posts you linked are just him asking questions. If you come across an offsite scamming report that is not resolved, feel free to make another report.

I appreciate the time it took to write this up, but there are no Sythe rules being broken here.

Bus asked me to review this - I agree with Devil's ruling. 90% of HF is people trying to seem like 1337 h4CKz0rs, so I wouldn't take too many of those threads seriously. We also relaxed our off-site blackhat rule years ago without issue, and I see no reason to enforce it more strictly here.
